Storage & Staging

Equipment shouldn’t sit on your shop floor, or show up late on install day. Lovegreen’s Storage & Staging service gives you a clean handoff between delivery and installation, reducing downtime, chaos, and missed deadlines.

We receive, inventory, and stage your equipment at our warehouse so it’s delivered to your facility exactly when you need it, in the right order, and on the right truck.

This isn’t long-term warehousing; it’s a project-based logistics solution built to support your next install, relocation, or retrofit.

We offer short-term storage for machinery, equipment, and components tied to active projects. Your assets are protected, inventoried, and staged for install, without clogging your dock or shop floor.

Includes:

  • Indoor warehouse space with flexible rates
  • Equipment inventory and location tagging
  • Max 12-month storage window (project-based)

Avoid the scramble of missed or mistimed deliveries. Lovegreen manages receipt, unload, and coordination with freight carriers to ensure every piece of equipment is accounted for and ready to go.

  • Receiving and unloading of inbound equipment
  • Delivery confirmation and issue resolution
  • Coordination with site delivery requirements

We prep your equipment in the order it needs to be installed: sequencing, uncrating, and kitting as needed to streamline install day. No more sorting parts in the field or opening crates on the fly.

  • Uncrating or partial unboxing
  • Kitting support equipment or hardware
  • Prep of labels, tie-ins, or field mods

When it’s time to install, we load your equipment in the right order on the right truck, staged to match your dock height and install schedule. You get total control and confidence.
