PTO & Holidays – Taking time for yourself matters. Employees partake in a generous plan that starts at three (3) weeks of PTO for full-time employees PLUS 7 paid holidays.
Retirement – Planning for later in life is critical for your well-being into later years. In addition to continuing education opportunities, Lovegreen contributes 3% of each employee’s salary to 401(k) plan whether the employee contributes or not, and this contribution is immediately vested!
PPE – Safety is a priority at Lovegreen. For positions that have hazard exposure, Lovegreen provides employee stipend for relevant PPE (e.g. steel toe boots, prescription safety glasses.).
